Lead time is up to 2 weeks as the item is individually printed and posted directly to you. Please ensure that all correct details for email address and telephone number is entered on the order so that any communication for your order can be tracked with the production company directly. Any delays in printing are not the responsibility of Venn Healthcare but we will help to resolve issues if they arise.
Delivery and Damages: Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, if valid, issue a replacement.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or an error occurs during the production process.
